Jasmine Oriental for Food and Business LLC
The project Jasmine Oriental for Food and Business (JOFB) is based in Khazaen Economic City (an industrial city that specializes in food, pharmaceuticals, and logistics facilities) in the Sultanate of Oman.
The project is coffee production company consisting of a coffee factory, inbound and outbound warehouses, offices, etc.
JOFB is 60,000sqm with roads connecting all facilities. The design was made to mimic a small industrial city with easy access and workflow for efficient product production and circulation.
We as the main contractor of the project were responsible for overseeing all works related to infrastructure, MEP, civil, architecture and management with our associates.

Lilium Logistics
The project Lilium Logistics is located in Khazaen Economic City (an industrial city that specializes in food, pharmaceuticals, and logistics firms) in the Sultanate of Oman.
The project is a logistics firm that stores and ripens produce in cold storage rooms.
The site is 10,000sqm area with the cold storage facilities being located in the warehouse which is 1,500sqm.
We as the main contractor handled all the matters related to infrastructure, civil, MEP, architecture and management in collaboration with our associates, we ensured the highest quality work with state of the art storage facilities.
Created to be force in the market, we developed the highest quality with fast and efficient work making it a staple in the sector.
